By accessing or using the Florea Atelier website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site.

## 2. Commissions and Services

All floral commissions are subject to seasonal availability and the atelier's capacity. We reserve the right to decline any inquiry at our sole discretion. Photography shown on this site is representative — each composition is unique and may vary.

## 3. Ordering and Payment

All commissions require a deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or installation. Prices are listed in USD and may be revised without prior notice.

## 4. Delivery and Installation

Florea Atelier delivers and installs within our designated service area. Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and may be subject to change. We are not liable for delays arising from circumstances beyond our control.

## 5. Cancellations and Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable once the commission has entered the design phase. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date will receive a refund of any balance paid beyond the deposit. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, no returns are accepted once delivered.

## 6. Intellectual Property

All imagery, design, and written content on this site is the sole property of Florea Atelier and is protected by copyright law. Use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

## 7. Limitation of Liability

Florea Atelier's liability is limited to the value of the commission placed. We are not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential damages of any nature.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
